The Erin Andrews
As I browse through my massive collection of magazines, I tear out anything that I deem worthy of remembering and I put it in a separate binder. This binder now contains dozens of workouts from various health magazines, and I’ve decided to try and tackle all of them. The first of many is from SELF Magazine, and it features Dancing with the Stars host and Fox sportscaster, Erin Andrews. I love workouts that aren’t timed, but based on the number of reps. Also, when workouts tell you what area of the body it’s targeting, it somehow makes me more motivated. This full body workout contains eight moves, some with weights and some without. I’ve been doing it during the summer whenever I can, and I definitely see results in my arms and legs. Use 3lb. weights and repeat the moves for a total of 2 sets; in a perfect world this workout is done four times per week. Click here for the link.
